gintonics

At Slow we stay at the forefront of mixology. Master Fran Mekk has prepared 8 gintonics from extractions in borosilicate laboratory gear and macerations at stable temperature. These gins with stronger flavors give the gintonic a personality that is rarely seen in the usual brands, which will be appreciated by both veterans of this classic cocktail and the most adventurous mixologists.
