Vive las sensaciones

into the trees

A FOREST BY FRAN MEKK -

Flavour, sensations, ecstasy.

The Cocktails

The inspiration

Come closer and see
See into the trees
Find the girl
If you can
Come closer and see
See into the dark
Just follow your eyes
Just follow your eyes

This is how one of The Cure’s best songs starts, and this is also how the best journey of our life began: with the perfect inspiration that pushed us to explore the Earth’s forests. We packed our bags with all our hope and excitement, and off we went.

We camped under the moonlight in the middle of Yunnan’s Stone Forest, travelled towards the Amazon passing through the Australian savannah. We visited countless forests as we searched for the philosopher’s stone, that would convert the Earth’s spirit into the most delicious nectar, that pure alchemy that allowed us to discover how to extract the essence of the Earth and blissfully pour it into a glass. The forest instilled us all the inspiration and elements we needed to complete this long journey though the green world and offer your palate all the richness that we were gifted.

I hear her voice
Calling my name
The sound is deep
In the dark
I hear her voice
And start to run
Into the trees
Into the trees

The forest: we all feel the true need to love it, cherish it, live it and discover it, but most of all we need to smell, touch and taste it. Therefore, this is where our journey ends and your journey begins. It’s time for you to surrender to a world of sensations and experience the energy, happiness, sadness, love and tenderness of forests. You will travel the world from North to South, from East to West, and delight the depth of your senses with a memory of each forest that we have visited. Our druid Fran Mekk has personally chosen each fruit, leaf of grass, piece of moss, flower, whether in the desert, the bottom of the sea or in the Andes.

Into the trees
Suddenly I stop
But I know it’s too late
I’m lost in a forest
All alone
The girl was never there
It’s always the same
I’m running towards nothing
Again and again and again and again.

Enjoy and remember:

“Each generation takes the Earth as trustees. We ought to bequeath to posterity as many forests and orchards as we have exhausted and consumed”.
