- Cancellation of the activity by Slow Barcelona:
we will issue a full refund to our customer.
Cancellation of the activity by the customer:
we will exchange the paid amount for a discount voucher of same value that you will be able to use for any other activity or product of Slow Barcelona.
Cancellation of public workshops will not be exchanged for a discount voucher.
Cancellation of live gigs by bands will not be for another date in the future. - Cancellation of the activity due to force majeure:
The amount paid will be exchanged for a discount voucher of identical value that can be used for any other Slow Barcelona activity or product. Force majeure in this case includes the temporary closure of Slow ordered by the authorities due to health emergencies or any other type of emergency.
In case of open activities with public registration (such as workshops or courses), Slow Barcelona reserves the right to cancel said activity if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case we will issue a full refund to the customer, since it would be a cancellation by Slow Barcelona.
As for venue hire, unavailable dates are shown on the website’s calendar. If the customer books a date that appears to be available according to the website, but is actually unavailable (because, for example, the reservation was made manually and had yet to be registered on the system), we will either try to consensually move your booking to another available date, or issue a full refund.
