Martinet

Dry martini would be called “Martinet” had it been invented at Plain of Vic. Fran Mekk proposes an audacious version of dry martini which has:
  • Fat-washed vodka with fuet
  • London dry gin
  • Dry Vermouth
  • A hint of Teutonic allium liquor
  • Celery Bitter
  • Cherry Tomato
A much surprising and distinct character.
